Cathy, this is STUNNING!!!! A glorious contrast of the light on the snowy road and those fabulous dark clouds ... WOW ... was this taken at the Outer Banks? It seems to be a beach scene ... yet I remember "snow fences" just like this one from when I was a little girl. Don't know if anyone ever still uses them ... but that's what these could be. l/f and tweet!!
